Seventh Inc. 5000 Appearance Coincides With the Company’s 25th Anniversary, Underscoring a Quarter-Century of Sustained Growth in Casino Loyalty and Guest Engagement
Las Vegas, NV — August 11, 2026 — Global Promotional Sourcing (GPS), a leading provider of loyalty solutions for the gaming industry, today announced it has been ranked No. 3643 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. This marks the company’s seventh appearance on the list. A milestone that arrives as GPS celebrates 25 years in business in 2026. The list is the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s most successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses, recognizing companies that have achieved remarkable growth while driving innovation, creating jobs, and shaping the future of the economy. Past honorees include companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Oracle, and Patagonia.
“Anyone can grow fast once. Doing it seven times over 25 years takes a model that actually works, and clients who stay because it does," said Zack Raucher, CEO of Global Promotional Sourcing. “This recognition is the byproduct of solving real problems for casino marketers and reinvesting in the technology, sourcing capabilities, and people that keep raising the bar. We’re proud of where we are, but even more excited about where loyalty and guest engagement are headed.”
This year’s Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what growth looks like. From AI and advanced manufacturing to healthcare, consumer products, and professional services, these businesses are expanding their impact, creating jobs and proving that entrepreneurial ambition continues to fuel the U.S. economy. Among the 5,000 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and those companies have collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years. GPS ranked No. 221 among Business and Corporate Services honorees.
Founded in 2001, GPS has grown from a small, family-owned promotional products supplier into a nationally recognized loyalty partner serving some of the country's largest casino groups. Its repeated appearances on the Inc. 5000 reflect a business model built on transparent pricing, model independence, and a relentless focus on client success. As part of the Proforma network, GPS pairs its women-owned, boutique service model with the enterprise-scale sourcing, importing, and fulfillment infrastructure to support programs nationwide.
“As a women-owned company that started with little more than a phone and a stack of catalogs, seeing GPS named to this list for the seventh time is deeply personal,” said Donna Raucher, Owner and Managing Partner of Global Promotional Sourcing. “Sustained growth like this only happens when you build a culture that takes care of its people first. Twenty-five years in, that principle hasn’t changed and it’s the reason our clients and our team keep choosing to grow with us.”
“Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision making, and a refusal to sit still,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance—it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact. We congratulate all honorees on this significant achievement.”
Inc. will celebrate the honorees at the 2026 Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala, taking place October 14–16 in Dallas, Texas, and the top 500 will be listed in the Fall issue of Inc. Magazine.
