The recognition, awarded by the Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI), celebrates the promotional products industry’s top-performing sales professionals.

Selected by ASI’s editors, Counselor’s finalists are evaluated on annual sales, year-over-year growth, client prestige, peer testimonials and campaign creativity, and must generate $1 million or more in annual sales to qualify. Raucher earned the honor through the kind of reinvention that defines GPS, joining the company nearly seven years ago to modernize the business his father, Steve Raucher, founded in 2001 and growing it into a customer-first, technology-enabled marketing and loyalty services provider.

Central to that growth is ezGIFT®, the proprietary loyalty and rewards platform Raucher led GPS to launch in 2023 for the unique needs of casino and gaming clients.
