Role Summary

You turn casino marketing goals into guest-loved gifting programs. Equal parts creative merchandiser and disciplined closer, you read the room, find the angle, and deliver programs that work on paper and on the floor. You are assertive with a sense of urgency, take responsibility, and follow through relentlessly. You thrive on building trust, telling a story with product, and navigating complex approvals without losing the thread.

It’s a Tuesday afternoon, and you’re in a conference room above the casino floor. The marketing executive across the table has a budget, a packed promotions calendar, and a healthy dose of skepticism. You skip the deck, slide one gift across the table, and tell them exactly what their players will say when they open the box. Then you walk them through the plan behind it: the timeline, the lead times, the price that works for everyone. They’re quiet for a moment. Then they smile and say, “Let’s do it.” You didn’t win by being the loudest voice in the room. You won by listening first, identifying what they needed before they said it, and making the right call feel obvious.

If you can envision this, have done this, and feel passionate about it, this may be for you.

Who will love this role: Ambitious, solutions-oriented sellers who are resilient, detail-accurate, and influential; who operate with integrity, respect, and honor; who understand people and situations quickly; and who enjoy creating win-win programs that drive loyalty and revenue.

Compensation & Onboarding at a Glance

  • $100K–$150K guaranteed salary, based on experience
  • 12-month onboarding program, on salary
  • $250K–$500K+ typical annual earnings in this role on commission, uncapped

Your first 12 months are a dedicated onboarding program, on salary, built to teach you the business and help you build your book of business before you step into a fully commissioned sales role. Most reps move to commission between months 12 and 15, once their commissions exceed their salary. Established reps typically earn $250K to $500K+ per year.

How You’re Paid

You start on a guaranteed salary of $100K to $150K, based on experience. Most programs are ordered three to six months in advance and commissions are paid quarterly, so your first year is spent learning the business with our sales manager and team, working house accounts, and opening new or dormant properties while your pipeline builds.

When your sales and pipeline support it, you move to commission. You choose your draw, from $100K to $150K, so your paycheck stays steady, and you earn uncapped commission on everything above it. If a quarter comes in short of your draw, the difference carries forward to the next quarter. We only move you to commission when you are set to earn at least what you earn today.

Your first commissioned year is expected to be around $250K.

What You’ll Do

  • Logistics Awareness: Importing/tariffs, warehousing, fulfillment, shipping windows.
  • Tools: Strong presentation skills; HubSpot (or similar CRM), Passport/ezGIFT, G-Suite/MS Office.
