Job Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with current and new account decision-makers
  • Create strategies to secure new business and grow current accounts
  • Collaborate both internally and with the customer to ensure project execution
  • Identify solutions to customer needs and pain points through a comprehensive discovery process
  • Travel as required to maintain and grow accounts
  • Timely reporting of account activities in CRM
  • Content creation for customer presentations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, Business School Degree a plus/preferred
  • 3-5 years of sales or account management experience, ideally in the casino/gaming industry or in the B2B space
  • Experience with cold calling, networking, and business development skills
  • Proficient problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to create and deliver professional presentations
  • Proficient in applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM, and project management software
