The Marketing Manager’s main responsibilities will be to support the development and execution of effective marketing strategies and various marketing campaigns. Candidates should be able to effectively meet the job requirements with minimal supervision and work well in a team environment.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute marketing activities to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement in a B2B space
  • Develop and implement a content calendar for blogs, LinkedIn, and email that aligns with overall marketing objectives
  • Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, including creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and leveraging LinkedIn's features for brand promotion and thought leadership
  • Research and write compelling white papers, case studies, and other marketing collateral that highlight our products/services and industry expertise
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility, website traffic, and keyword rankings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure marketing strategies and tactics align with best practices
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of tradeshow exhibitions
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience (digital marketing or inbound marketing experience preferred)
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills (applicants will be asked to provide a sample of their writing)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels within the organization
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation platforms, and/or CRMs a plus
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and paid media strategy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and other Microsoft Office products
